총 6,007표 중 2,277표(37.9%)의 지지를 얻은 정용화는 무대 위에서 보여주는 화려함과 카리스마, 예능을 통해 보여준 유쾌하고 활발한 모습 등 다양한 매력으로 대중들에게 많은 사랑을 받고 있다. 또 최근에는 운동을 통해 건강한 근육질 몸매까지 얻으면서 남성적인 매력도 물씬 풍기고 있다.

He does his best for everything he do...Of course it is given that he is talented and good looking but what makes me more his fan is because of his personality.. :)

He strikes me as a down to earth boy who is willing to do his best in whatever he understakes, be it roughing it out in nature or performing on stage. I think back to the times when he was on Eco House where he spent much time outdoors in the cold, building the Eco House etc. Guess that's why he would top the poll.
