정용화X선우정아, 한날 한시에 '두 곡 발표'…진짜 콜라보 JYHxSWJA to release two songs simultaneously

[OSEN=박소영 기자] 싱어송라이터 정용화와 선우정아가 두 장의 싱글을 동시에 공개한다.
정용화와 선우정아는 15일 오전 0시 콜라보레이션 프로젝트 '교감(交感)'을 발표한다. 이는 정용화와 선우정아가 서로에게서 받은 영감을 음악으로 풀어낸 프로젝트. 정용화와 선우정아가 각각 작곡한 두 곡이 디지털 싱글로 공개된다.
특히 발매 시기가 겹치지 않게 순차적으
로 음원을 발표하는 일반적인 관례를 깼다. 프로젝트의 상징성에 초점을 맞춘 것으로 완연히 다른 성격의 두 개의 듀엣곡이 한 날 한 시에 공개돼 진정한 콜라보레이션을 완성할 예정이다.
정용화의 소속사 FNC엔터테인먼트는 12일 '교감'의 프로젝트 티저 영상을 공개했다. 영상에는 따뜻한 어쿠스틱 기타 선율이 배경 음악으로 깔린 가운데 선우정아를 향해 한 발짝씩 다가가는 정용화의 모습이 담겨 있다.
정용화와 선우정아는 13일 오전 0시 FNC엔터테인먼트 공식 페이스북 (https://www.facebook.com/theofficialfnc)을 통해 재킷 이미지를 공개하며 이번 프로젝트에 대한 기대감을 높여갈 예정이다./

This is getting more and more interesting, 2 duets each composed by a different person and yet inspired by the same concept/environment/feelings. I think this must be ground breaking collaboration not just in Korea but in the world.

With 2 talented artists of strong composing capabilities? I'm not surprised a two different version of inspired song for each other comes up! I'm so looking forward to this! Yonghwa is making a mark for himself in Korean music industry if I may say so.

Singer-songwriter will release two singles simultaneously.
Jung Yonghwa and Sunwoo JungA will release their collaboration project ‘Empathy’ at 0:00 on Jan 15. The project is an embodiment of the inspiration they received from each other. Two songs, each composed by Jung Yonghwa and Sunwoo JungA, will be released as digital singles.
This is different from usual practice of having a time lag between releases (by same artists). By focusing on the significance of the project, two duet songs with completely different characteristics will be revealed at the exact same time, in the true sense of collaboration.
Jung Yonghwa’s agency FNC entertainment released the project teaser video for ‘Empathy’ on Jan 12. In the video, melodic acoustic guitar plays in the background, Jung Yonghwa takes step by step toward Sungwoo JungA.
They will announce their jacket image through FNC’s official Facebook at midnight on Jan 13 to generate anticipation for the project.
