We have an announcement on the rice wreaths for CNBLUE Can't Stop concert in Busan held on June 21, 2014.
First, we'd like to express our gratitude to the fans who are preparing rice wreaths for CNBLUE.
Due to the limited space of Busan KBS Hall where CNBLUE Can't Stop concert takes place, we are trying to figure out the amount of rice wreaths beforehand. Please send us an email in the bottom format.
Application period: June 9, 12:00PM ~ June 11, 12:00PM

Subject: 부산콘서트 쌀 화환 신청 (Application for Busan Concert Rice Wreath)
Content: Name/Amount/Contact number
After the first round of enumeration, we will confirm whether it is possible to install them all at the Busan venue. We will send individual notices only to those who applied and notify you of the guidelines to follow.
At the Busan concert, the rice wreaths that are not registered in advance may not be placed, so please register through the email as aforementioned if you wish to install rice wreaths to prevent any inconvenience.

It's FNC's confirmation to the vendors. According to a Korean fan who contacted them, FNC said they wouldn't notify each fansite unless their wreaths are canceled. Those who registered can get their wreaths installed for sure (of course they fail to inform this openly through an official statement).
