- 완성된 영화를 보고, 우선 어떤 생각을 했나요?
정말로 쉬지 않고, 계속 우리는 달려왔구나 하고 생각했습니다.

- 영화전체를 통해서, 가장 봐 주었으면 하는 부분은?
역시 무대에서의 저희들의 모습이네요. 하나의 라이브를 하기 까지 저희가 어떻게 준비를 하고, 라이브 후에는 어떻게 반성회를 하고 있는지. 그것을 전부 봐 주셨으면 합니다.

- 개인적으로 가장 인상에 남아 있는 장면은 알려 주세요
마지막 사이클론에서 라이브 하는 씬이 가장 기억에 남아 있습니다.

- 영화에서는 내레이터 이외에 용화 씨가 모노로그를 담당하고 있는 파트도 있는데요
저의 일본어, 괜찮았나요? 처음 보는 단어가 많았기 때문에 힘들었는데요, 가능한 영화를 보면서 감정을 넣어 말하려고 했습니다. 일본어 가사로 노래하는 것보다 어려웠습니다.

- 자신과 다른 멤버, 각자 추천하는 씬 이라고 하면?
저는 작곡하고 있는 스튜디오 씬. 어떻게 씨엔블루의 곡이 만들어 지고 있는지, 작곡의 작업이 어떻게 시작되는지, 어떤 장소에서 곡이 만들어 지는지를 봐 주셨으면 합니다. 왜냐면, 저라면 좋아하는 아티스트의 곡이 어떻게 해서 태어나는지 알고 싶기 때문입니다. 저는 항상 이 방에서 곡을 만들고 있는데요, 촬영 전에 스튜디오 청소를 하고 싶었는데, 시간이 안 맞았어요 (웃음)
그 부분도 리얼한 그대로 느껴주세요. 다른 멤버의 씬은, 그들이 혼자서 인터뷰에 답하고 있는 부분을 추천하고 싶습니다.

- 영화에서 사용한 송 리스트는 감독님과 함께 결정한 것 같은데요. 그 중에서도 용화씨가 어떻게 해서든 넣고 싶었던 곡은?
“ Try again, Smile again"입니다. 이 곡은 『Never Stop』 이라고 하는 영화에 딱 맞는 테마곡이라고 생각했습니다. 평소에 멈추지 말고 도전을 해서 웃자. 그것이 테마의 곡이기 때문에, 이 영화에 딱 이라고 생각했습니다.

- 같은 크리에이터로서 전용승 감독님과의 세션은 어땠나요?
감독님과 만나기 전에, 저희가 있는 곳에 갑자기 카메라가 왔기 때문에 처음에는 당황스러웠습니다. 어째서냐면, 지금까지 저희는 일상의 리얼한 모습을 드러낸 적이 없었기 때문에 카메라에 거부감을 느꼈다고 생각합니다. 하지만, 감독님은 저희의 텐션에 맞춰 여러 질문을 하면서 촬영을 하는 분이여서, 저희도 점점 감독님을 믿고 촬영에 임할 수 있었습니다. 감독님은 디테일한 부분까지 고집하여 리얼리티를 추구하는 분입니다. 예를 들면, 영화 안에 리허설 씬이 있었지요? 그 부분은 저희가 상당히 나이브하게 되어서 보시는 분들이 무겁게 느끼는 씬이라고 생각하는데요, 그런 부분까지 찍어서 보여줍니다. 그것이, 감독의 고집이라고 생각합니다.

- 라이브 전, 현장은 그렇게 긴장감이 있는 상태 입니까?
더 신경이 예민해져 나이브하게 될 때도 있으니까요. 콘서트의 한 회 한 회 모든 것에 집중해서 하지 않으면 안 된다고 생각하고 있어서, 그런 분위기가 되는 것은 당연한 것입니다.

- 새로운 합숙소를 영화에서 첫 공개 하고 있는데요, 용화 씨가 방에서 고집하는 것은?
혼자 있을 때에 편안 하게 보낼 수 있는 것을 놓습니다. 예를 들면 음악을 들을 때 스피커, 아로마향초, 그런 것이 저의 방의 중요한 아이템입니다.

- 그 때, 방 청소는 시간에 맞았나요?
맞았습니다!! 평소에는 발을 디딜 곳도 없을 정도로 더럽습니다. (웃음)

- 일본에서의 무사수행 시절에 힘들었던 일, 그리고 당시 불렀던 곡 중에서 마음에 깊이 새겨진 넘버라고 하면?
우선 일본에 와서 다른 밴드를 봤을 때, 저희의 실력을 뼈저리게 느낀 것이 가장 힘들었습니다. 저희로서는 자신이 있었기 때문에 좌절감을 맛보았습니다. 마음에 깊이 새겨진 곡은 “Let's go crazy" 이 곡은 2만 번 노래했다고 생각합니다. 체감적으로는(웃음) 그래서 3년간 노래하지 않아도 바로 노래할 수 있다고 생각합니다.

- 한국 밴드 첫 월드투어를 경험한 느낌은?
호주공연은 정말로 좋은 추억이 되었습니다. 멜버른과 시드니에서 라이브를 했는데요, 금발인데 한국어를 모르는 분들이 저희의 곡을 함께 흥얼거리며 불러주시고, 저희를 알아봐주신다고 하는 것이 정말로 신기하다고 생각 했습니다

- 시부야 사이클론에서 열린 시크릿 라이브는 어땠나요?
그것도 신기한 느낌이었습니다. 성장한 저희를 당시 지켜봐 주셨던 분들에게 보여드린다고 생각하니. 저희가 아무것도 모르는 상태의 시절부터 지지해 주셨던 분들이니까요

- 월드투어와 아레나 투어에서 서는 큰 회장과 시부야 사이클론 같은 작은 라이브 하우스. 어느 부분이 다르나요?
다르지 않습니다. 제 안에서는 아무것도 변하지 않았습니다. 하나의 라이브에 대하는 마음은, 어느 라이브라도 같은 마음이라고 생각합니다. 다만, 회장이 어느 장소에 있는지, 크기, 오시는 분들의 캐릭터... 주위의 상황이 다르다고 하는 것 뿐. 제가 라이브에 대하는 감정이나 연주하는 음악에 대해서의 자신의 감각을 넣는 방법, 아무리 상황이 달라도 전혀 변하지 않습니다.

- 일본에서의 무사수행 시절, 한국에서 데뷔한 당시에 받은 배싱(bashing).... 그래도 씨엔블루가 계속 “NEVER STOP" 할 수 있는 이유는?
예를 들면 미국 빌보드 차트 1위를 하고 싶다는 것, “꿈” 이 있어서입니다. 돈과 인기 같은 것은 중요하지 않아요. 꿈이 있는 것이 중요. 꿈이 있기에, 그것을 반드시 이루지 않으면 안 된다고 생각하기 때문에, 인간을 NEVER STOP 할 수 있게 하는 것은 꿈이 있는지 없는지(라고 생각합니다)

Things like money or popularity are not important. Having a dream, that's what makes it possible for humans to "never stop".

-First, what did you think after watching the movie?
I thought, we've really never stopped and continued to run so far.

-What's the part you want people to watch the most in the entire movie?
Certainly, it's our presence on the stage. Before one concert, how do we prepare and how do we evaluate after the performance? I want them to watch all of those steps.

-What's the most memorable scene to you personally?
The last scene at the Cyclone is most memorable to me.

-In the movie, aside from the narrator, there's also a part narrated by you, Yonghwa.
Was my Japanese okay? It was difficult because there were many words I saw for the first time. I tried to say it with as much emotion as possible, watching the movie. It was more difficult than singing in Japanese.

-What is your recommended scene for each member?
For me, it's the scene where I'm composing in the studio. I want you to watch how CNBLUE's songs are written, how a composition begins, where songs are made. Because, if it was me, I'd like to know how my favorite artist's songs are born. I'm always making my songs in this room. I wanted to clean the studio before we shot the film, but I couldn't do it on time (laughs).
Please take it realistically as it is. As for other members, I'd like to recommend the parts where they answered in their own interviews.

-It seems like you decided on the track list for the movie with the director. What's the song you wanted to insert, no matter what?
It's "Try again, Smile again." I thought this song was the perfect theme song for 'Never Stop' since the theme of the song is "Let's not stop, challenge every day, and smile."

-How was working with Director Jeon Yongseung, as a "creator" yourself?
Before we met the director, the cameras came to where we were without  notice. I was dumbfounded at first. Because we've never revealed our real everyday selves, I think we were uncomfortable to the cameras. The director tends to ask us many questions in a manner that caters to our atmosphere when he films, so we increasingly became able to trust him as we filmed. He's someone who has his own ways of insisting very detailed, realistic portrayal. For example, there was a rehearsal scene in the film, and I think it's a scene were the viewers will feel very heavy because we're so raw. But he'd still take those scenes and show them. I think that's the director's stronghold.

-Before each performance, is it really that intense?
Sometimes we're more sensitive and become raw. I think we have to concentrate each and everything in every single show, so it's only natural that the atmosphere becomes that way.

-You're showing your new dorm in the film. What do you insist about your room?
I place things that make me feel comfortable when I'm alone. For example, speakers for music and aroma candles, things like these are important items in my room.

-Were you able to clean your room on time?
Yes, I made it! Usually it's so messy that you can't even take a step (laughs).

-What was difficult during your training in Japan, and which track is engraved deeply in your heart that you sang from back then?
First, it was most difficult when I came to Japan and saw other bands because it really struck us in the heart, made us realize where our skills stand. It was disheartening because we had confidence. The song deeply engraved in my heart is "Let's go crazy." I think I've sung it 20,000 times. It feels as if I did (laughs). I think I can sing it right away even if I don't sing it for 3 years.

-How did it feel to do the first world tour as a Korean band?
The Australian concerts were very memorable. We performed in Melbourne and Sydney. It was really amazing that people in blonde hair who don't know Korean would sing along our songs, and recognize us.

-How was the live at Shibuya Cyclone?
That felt amazing as well. Showing our grown selves to those who had watched us back then. They're the ones who supported us ever since we didn't know anything at all.

-How are large venues at the World Tour and Arena Tour different from small live houses, like Shibuya Cyclone?
They're not different. Nothing's different in my heart. I think that facing any live performance is the same, no matter which one it is. The location, the size, and characteristics of the audience...surrounding circumstances differ, but the feelings I face live performances, and putting my emotions into the songs I play, never change no matter how different the situations are.

-You trained in Japan, and bashing came in Korea after debut...how can CNBLUE still continue to "never stop"?
It's because I have a dream, for instance, like topping the Billboard Chart. Things like money or popularity isn't important. Having a dream is. Having a dream, and thinking that it must be achieved. I think what makes it possible for humans to "never stop" depends on whether one has a dream.
