Actually that's not correct. White sold 25,999 the first week, which means colors has rebounded (if a little bit). 

I agree tho that releasing 2 albums simultaneous is a very bad business decision as well as heavily taxing for the artist (considering he had another full album out early this year). And as expected, FNC couldn't exactly pull of that kind of promo effectively. Must be their yearly contract with the Japanese label and other things that resulted in this mess of a promo cycle.... 

In my opinion FNC is more guilty, even they have a clause with their Japanese management company because FNC is their "home company" they should knew about it... More than that, the Japanese date, as I remember was first announced to the public and anyway CNBLUE had each year an album during late summer- early autumn in Japan...

In addition, I really blame FNC for the 2 official MVs of Cinderella:

- first, the "non - official" MV is much easy to find if you only search on Youtube - as the majority of users do;

- as they didn't remove the CJEM' MV or/and they didn't solve the SEO (search engine optimization) for the official one, why they didn't consider to count for music shows the both of them???

It's a pity as both albums are really great, very pleasant to listen to and moreover, Yonghwa worked really hard to compose and produce them!

For the music shows, both numbers count. But still, it really is their problem for not solving the search optimization.

I agree with you that it's poor planning on FNC for releasing 2 full albums so close to each other and having close to zero promotion for both especially Colors.  However I am happy that they released a full album and not several mini albums and then later on packaging the minis into a full album.  It's this strategy that cause some fans tohold off buying their albums bcos as a consumer, I feel cheated that I pay so much for a mini album and then later on for the full album there may be only 1 or 2 new songs.  That's why this time when Colors is released, I'm happy that >90% are new songs.
