【E】 rockin'on Cut 편집부 일기- CNBLUE, 아레나 투어 스타트! Editor's Note - CNBLUE, Arena Tour Begins!

CUT에도 2번 등장한 적 있는 락밴드 CNBLUE의 아레나 투어가 오늘 사이타마 수퍼아레나에서 스타트.

첫날이기에 구체적인 내용은 삼가겠지만, 같은 사이타마 아레나 라이브를 했던 약 1년전 (http://justjyh.com/xe/music/17977 ),  그때와 비교하면 군더더기를 극적으로 줄인, 꽤나 절제된 모습을 보여준 라이브였다. 즉, 현재의 그들과 음악의 관계가 더욱 두드러지고 있었다.

아무튼 음악을 순수하게 마주한 라이브였다고 생각하는데, 그들의 라이브는 볼 때마다 그 순도가 높아지고 있다. 어느새 그들 자신이 음악과 한 몸이 되어 호흡하고 있는 것처럼. 지금 이 순간, 그들의 모든 것이 노래가 되고 연주가 되어 곧바로 퍼져나갔고, 스릴있고 농밀하게 계속해서 주고받는 그 속에 '살아 숨쉬는' CNBLUE가 있었다.

본국에선 다방면의 활동이 요구되어 지금 마침 용화 (G.Vo) 가 드라마 촬영과 병행하며 투어를 돌고 있지만, 그래서 더욱 그들 자신이 있을 곳이 음악 = CNBLUE라는 것을 더욱 더 강하게 갈망하고, 그것을 확인하는 것 같은 기분이 들었다.

Rockband CNBLUE, who have previously appeared in Cut twice, began their Arena Tour today at Saitama Super Arena.

Though I will limit myself from specific details since it's the first day, when I compare it to the same Saitama Arena live from 1 year ago (http://justjyh.com/xe/music/17977 ), they have immensely cut down on unnecessary excess, performing in a quite disciplined way. I could clearly see the contours of the relationship between their present selves and music.

In any case, I think they faced music in a pure form at this concert. The more I watch their live performances, the level of this purity increases. As if they themselves have become one with music and breathing it, everything they are made of at this moment is exuded directly through singing and playing instruments. Amidst the thrilling, dense exchanges that went on and on, there was that "living and breathing thing" called CNBLUE.

Due to diverse activities demanded at home, Yonghwa (G.Vo) is concurrently filming a drama with the tour at the moment, but it seemed all the more that the place they belong is music = CNBLUE. They seemed to strongly wish for it, and it felt like they confirmed it as well.
