【E】 FNC 측 "'2015 MAMA' 불참…씨엔블루도 못 가" FNC, "No Participation in 2015 MAMA...Including CNBLUE"

FT아일랜드, 씨엔블루, AOA 등이 소속된 FNC엔터테인먼트(이하 FNC) 측이 '2015 MAMA' 불참을 발표했다.

FNC 측은 19일 "FT아일랜드, 씨엔블루, AOA 등 소속 아티스트들이 '2015 MAMA'에 참여하지 않게 됐다"며 "애초 자사와 협의 중에 '2015 MAMA' 1차 라인업에 포함된 씨엔블루는 해외 투어 일정 등으로 부득이 시상식에 불참하게 됐다"고 밝혔다. 

이어 "또한 올해 큰 인기를 누린 걸그룹 AOA와 밴드 FT아일랜드 역시 일정 조율이 어려워 참석하지 않을 예정이다. 소속 가수들의 무대를 기대해 주신 많은 팬분들께 깊은 양해와 감사의 말씀을 드린다. 앞으로 더욱 좋은 모습으로 보답하겠다"고 덧붙였다.

FNC announced "FTIsland, CNBLUE, AOA, and other artists will not participate in '2015 MAMA'. CNBLUE, who were included in the 1st line-up during the negotiations with us, will not be able to attend the awards due to overseas tour schedule. (more on other artists) We sincerely apologize and thank the fans who anticipated the artists' stages. We will reciprocate with improvement."

    ???!!! I realize there are so much unseen pulls and pushes going on in the Korean entertainment world, but this is just too incredulous with it's shamelessly brazen disregard for the artists and their fans.

    The lyrics to "Checkmate" ring painfully true these days...can't imagine how disappointing it must have been for Yonghwa, who was so excited to participate.

    I just hope this doesn't reduce his chances of getting an award, especially the Best Male Artist award.

    I am really upset... Yonghwa himself and fans are definitely very disappointed =(

    They didn't provide a reasonable reason, which means indeed the entertainment domain in Korea is really full of intrigues and interests, and the companies monopoly of artists is still strong and going against the artists as individuals...
    In this case unfortunately only Yonghwa/Cnblue have to lose, the rest didn't say something to go to MAMA... So pity for his fans who wanted to see him/them...

    I really feel sorry for YH & his fans; some have purchased tickets just to see him. Although I still vote because of YH but the event just lost its shine for me.
