Thank you, I wish this album will be no #1 @ Oricon Chart but bcoz the new rules (not soo new) will it become true? Unless we the Ifan get help from JBOICE to buy that album personally trough all the store (thats count for Oricon Chart) in Japan.

I searched around and figured what she was talking about. But I only read that the "announcement' was in June, no info of implementation date however. And the blogger doesn't even post the "announcement" in its original news or whatever.

I got the info from one of Arashi Ifan, she asked CDJapan did the International sales still count for Oricon or not and she received a reply from CDjapan thats it didn't count. No info about when it started.

I can't wait for the new songs. I hope international fans can find some way to make their purchase of the álbum count for the Oricon chart. It really bums me because it shouldn't matter where the album goes to but where it came from.
