【E】씨엔블루, SBS 손잡고 단독 컴백쇼 연다 CNBLUE to Hold Exclusive Comeback Show on SBS

[OSEN=임영진 기자] 밴드 씨엔블루가 SBS와 손을 잡고 단독 컴백쇼를 연다.

6일 방송 관계자들에 따르면 씨엔블루는 이달 컴백을 앞두고 SBS와 단독 컴백쇼를 준비 중이다. 2월 말 녹화를 진행하며 3월 초 방송 예정이다.

씨엔블루는 1년 만의 컴백인 만큼 이번 쇼에 심혈을 기울이고 있는 것으로 알려졌다. 특별 게스트 없이 멤버들의 올라이브 공연으로만 채우며, 새 앨범 수록곡과 이전 발표곡 다수를 무대에 올릴 것으로 보인다.


SBS에서 한 가수의 컴백을 기념해 특집 프로그램을 편성하는 것은 이례적인 경우로 꼽힌다. 씨엔블루에 앞서 빅뱅, 보아가 컴백쇼를 방송한 바 있다.

한편 씨엔블루는 최근 정용화의 곡을 타이틀곡으로 확정하고 2월 중 다섯번째 미니앨범을 발표한다. 지난해 네번째 미니앨범 '리:블루(Re:BLUE)'로 아시아 뿐 아니라 미국 빌보드 월드 앨범 차트 1위를 석권하는 등 해외에서 주목을 받은 바 있다. 이번 앨범을 통해 자신들의 색을 확고하게 각인시킨다는 각오다.

According to network associates, CNBLUE is preparing an exclusive comeback show with SBS upon their return. The recording will take place in late February, scheduled for broadcast in early March.

Since this is their comeback in a year, CNBLUE is striving their utmost to prepare for this show. Without special guests, it will be filled only with the members' all-live performances of tracks in their new album as well as many of their past releases.

It is considered rare for SBS to celebrate a specific artist's comeback with a special programming. Previously, Big Bang and Boa have aired comeback shows.

CNBLUE recently confirmed Jung Yonghwa's song as the title track, and is set to release their 5th mini album in February. Last year, their 4th mini album 'Re:BLUE' garnered attention from not only sweeping the Asian charts but also by topping Billboard's World Album chart. They are determined to imprint their own style through the release of this album.
