밴드 씨엔블루 멤버 정용화가 ‘2016 구찌 FW 남성 콜렉션’에 참석한다. 국내 남성 연예인들 중에서는 최초다.

정용화는 17일 오전 '2016 구찌 FW 남성 패션쇼' 참석 차 인천국제공항에서 이탈리아 밀라노로 출국했다.

이번 정용화의 구찌 콜렉션 참석은 구찌 측의 제안으로 이루어졌으며, 국내 남성 연예인들 중에서는 최초라는 점이 눈길을 끈다. 그간 국내 여성 연예인들이 여성 콜렉션에 참석한 사례는 있었지만, 남성 연예인을 초청한 것은 이번이 처음.

한 패션업계 관계자에 따르면 워낙 아시아 시장의 규모가 커지고 있는데다가 씨엔블루의 아시아권 인기가 치솟고 있는 상황이라 이 같은 제안이 이루어졌다.

정용화는 이날 아시아투어 방콕공연을 마치고 도착하자마 인천공한에서 옷을 갈아입고 바로 밀라노로 출국했다.

한편 정용화는 지난 15일 '교감 프로젝트'라는 이름으로 여성 싱어 선우정아와 콜라보레이션 곡을 발매했다.

Band CNBLUE's member Jung Yonghwa will be attending the '2016 Gucci FW Men's Collection'. It's a first among Korean male celebrities.

JYH departed for Milan, Italy from Inchon International Airport in the morning of Jan. 17.

His attendance this time was carried out through Gucci's invitation. It garners special attention in that it is the very first among Korean male celebrities. Thus far, female celebrities have attended the Women's collection, but this is the first time a male celebrity was invited.

According to the fashion industry insider, the significance of growing Asian market and CNBLUE's surging popularity in the region led to this invitation.

Upon arrival from his Asia tour in Bangkok, JYH changed his clothes at Inchon Airport and left for Milan right away. 

On another note, JYH released collaboration singles with female singer Sunwoo JungA under the title 'Project Empathy'.
