뺏지 않으면 빼앗기는 지난한 전투를 하루하루 이어가고 있는 것이겠지요.
그 와중에서도 피터팬같은 순수함과 열정을 갖고 하루하루 매진해온 그가 얼마나 대견하고 또 고마운지 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ -
Pirate ship.... We all feel that way as we approach the next stage/decade of or lives. Maybe, because he's a lyricist, he can express it better than most. I like that his definition caries the air of recklessness in it. You go boy! Conquer those seas!

Being an artist, he has gained so much but at the same time also givem ip so much, I guess that's why he feels like he's on a pirate ship. I'm glad he is in a happy phase right now and the success from his solo album is giving him much energy.

I don't think all the pain he has endured all this time is just because he's an artist. The unprofessional management of his agency has tons to blame according to what I observe. He should have gained so much more if he were under a better agency. I bet he wouldn't have felt so trapped.

We all agree that his agency could have and should have been more professional but I guess at the end of the day, it may be better to work in an agency where you know where the weakness is rather than to move to another agency which may not be any better. I think he is smart enough to know this and that is why despite all the pain he has endured, he still renewed his contract. Like what HSH said, he knows how the office politics work and he is smart enough to make things work so as to achieve his own objective. We have a very smart boy here and I have confidence that he will overcome any obstacles that come along, as long as he has his fans to watch out for him and give him full support and love.

Q. If there's a moment in your life you'd like to capture and preserve, when is it? Whether it'd be happy or difficult ones, you must have a moment you'd like to remember.
-My entire school years. Thinking back now, each day back then was really dull. I went to school every day, and nothing special happened. But everything's become precious now. I don't want to return to those days, but I miss them. At this moment, it's not like I'm someone who can spend ordinary days.
Q. But, compared to many young (singers) who debut after long trainee years, you became a singer after spending quite rich school days.
-That period's helping me, not just in music, but in all areas of my life. It's gratifying. There certainly are advantages to starting your music career early, but there are many advantages from having spent that time. I'm glad...that I spent all those years before (debuting).

Q. What do you think you were able to prove through this solo album
Rather than “proving” something, I feel like I was reciprocated for working hard on the songs. Many of those around me told me they like it. It seems like people like it more than I expected. I will work harder so that I can return next time with better music and hear that I’ve improved even more.
Q. What made you plan this album?
I thought I needed to do what I want for the synergy effect. I wanted to try something hard (rock) back then, but over time, I think I’ve grown to make calmer music.
Q. On his twenties:
It feels like a pirate ship. I've got to steal what I have to steal, and there are things that end up getting stolen away from me.
