It doesn't seem to work on PC either, think there's an error at the moment.
From what I remember, it delivered tidbits of interesting/quirky local stories. This one is about people who audition at entertainment agencies, so he's just being interviewed/observed as an auditioner :) -

The video is playing for me, I hope you've been able to watch it. And thanks to heich for explanation of the video. I edited the title. Think "appearance" more appropriate.
I think when Yonghwa first became famous, people dug all over the internet for his info, so random pics, videos (rarer) of all sorts circulated "wildly" back then. Now I think about this again, there were news articles about the fans circulating this video clip. The caps might have been from the news articles, and the news uses fans' pics all the time anyways. -
