윤태식 트레이너와 함께 운동을 시작하고 몸과 함께 마음 자체가 건강해졌습니다. 깨끗한 음식을 먹고 깨끗한 땀을 흘리다보니 제 마음도 깨끗하게 된다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 좋은 사람과 좋은 공기를 들이마시며 즐겁게 운동하는 것을 알게 해준 태식쌤에게 진심으로 감사합니다.

After I started working out with trainer Yoon Taesik, along with my body, my mind itself became healthy. After eating clean food and shedding clean sweat, I felt that my mind was also being cleansed. I'm truly thankful to teacher Taesik for teaching me how fun it is to breathe good air and exercise with good people.

The trainer who always takes "Top cutie" videos w/YH wrote a book, and YH endorsed it :)Looks like it's written on the book sleeve w/other celebs' endorsements.

    I’m so glad that he’s taking care of his health. I remember how fans all worried about his health in the early years.

    Healthy body, healthy mind. Exercise does make one focus differently. Happy for him.
