I watched the full segment elsewhere and honestly became saddened and offended by the nature of the program. I remember YH saying something like he wishes to get so recognized that he wouldn't have to dance on these type of shows. These guys are entertainers but they are foremost serious musicians. Why do they have to appear on such shows as Weekly Idol and put themselves through humiliation? I don't understand Korean media.

I don't think YH feels humiliated in all the variety shows he's on. He even said he enjoyed filming some of the variety shows.

Clearly YH is extremely talented and has perfect timing and unsurpassed wit in these type of shows. I am just saying that the Weekly Idol went too far. Perhaps that is the nature of this particular show, but YH seemed uncomfortable on behalf of the other members. He didn't seem too pleased, although he didn't make his displeasure obvious, when they had to pass the apple. Perhaps I am projecting my own feelings. I enjoy his television appearances and I wish his agency be more discriminating.

I was peeved by the random play dance stuff because they made them do airband, which I hate. Other than that, he didn't seem that bothered to me. He rocked that show, everyone (non-fans included) praised him so much for his variety wits. I think it wasn't too bad, to tell you from a native speaker's point of view.

I agree. I thought the airband segment was boring and took up too much time. Other than that, he was the life of the show (to be honest) and that's why he is always popular on variety shows. As for his dancing, he dances during concerts anyway, so I don't think it's a big deal for him doing it, just that since he's a perfectionist, he may feel less satisfied with his own dance moves, haha. I especially find him very funny when he found out that lady staff was not his fan. Instead of feeling embarrassed about it, he made it into a funny segment throughout the show.

Out of air band playing, I also don't like butt competition but I assume there is culture gap.

I can enjoy this show more than a talk show, sometimes they may seems unpleasant, but it's tolerable...and I love his LOLING at butt competition and JHD dancing..at least he can laugh sincerely ^____^, but YH in RM still the best.

OMG...I #CantStop LOL-ing when I saw our Dancing King kkk and the way he troll JS is soo kkk naugthy still #CantStop grinning, Thank u for the cuts ^^

YH is the ideal guest for any variety show. He has excellent sense & wit for such entertainment. However, I prefer him going alone & interact with other guests & having fun on shows, else these shows keep recycling contents (topics) with 4 of them together. I hope he can guest in (or host) some children's programme too.

I don't know how he feels 'cause only he knows that, but for me, if there was a balance between the number of shows like this and shows like Mr. Kim's radio show, I'd feel much better. I mean, I really don't care who has the best butt, for example. And I don't care if the guys became more handsome.
