총 6,007표 중 2,277표(37.9%)의 지지를 얻은 정용화는 무대 위에서 보여주는 화려함과 카리스마, 예능을 통해 보여준 유쾌하고 활발한 모습 등 다양한 매력으로 대중들에게 많은 사랑을 받고 있다. 또 최근에는 운동을 통해 건강한 근육질 몸매까지 얻으면서 남성적인 매력도 물씬 풍기고 있다.
