CNBLUE is a group with groovy pop rock. Of course, we will continue to pursue this kind of style. But in 2013, I hope to define our musical style more. Because I like diverse genres, I just kept making different styles. But now I feel like we need to find a definite style. I think finding our musical style is CNBLUE's musical objective. For the long term, I want to be a vocalist who can sing for a long time. I want to continue playing music for a long time. I also want to continue to perform for a long time with CNBLUE members. I'm very positive, which helps me a lot in terms of music. With this positive power, I will show you even better image of CNBLUE.

"I remember the date: Jan. 14, 2010."
The atmosphere at the set were very nice for "You are Beautiful" and "Heartstrings" because both dramas were filmed with friends of my age. "YAB" was so much fun. Hongki and Keunsuk hyung were really funny and our ensemble was very good. It's still popular abroad, but it's my first drama so I didn't expect much from it. It was an interesting experience watching it on air the first time. My friends would contact me saying, "It's awkward to see you using the standard language" (laughs). Every day was exciting as people began to like me as "Milk Boy" and "Towel Boy". The second drama, "Heartstrings" gained more popularity abroad. Many asked, "Aren't you disappointed?" because the ratings were low in Korea, but I felt really fulfilled when we finished it, and during the shoot all the cast members stayed positive and rooted for each other. It's an unforgettable drama. I heard it was named #1 Korean drama in Taiwan, too. In 2012, I wanted some free time for myself. Some fans would ask, "Why aren't you doing anything?" but I needed time to recharge myself after 3 years of unstop activities. I've never written songs in comfort, but I was really relaxed this time and wrote about 20 songs. Since I've composed Juniel, AOA, and our songs. I'm confident I can show you a better image. Just like how I felt on Jan. 14, 2010, that day.

Jung Yong Hwa stood in front of camera by himself. It was a day after he'd returned from Chile, but after the 30-hour fight and jetlag, he hadn't slept at all. Perhaps beccause it was his solo shoot in a long time, his face was full of tension and excitement rather than fatigue. We wanted to show a new charming side of JYH to the full extent. Though he seemed nervous with 5:5 parted hairstyle, the unconventional style of clothes, and meeting a few staff for the first time, soon such timidity disappeared. When each cut passed, he made the staff exclaim, "It's JYH." According to what we heard later, he boasted his pictorial printouts to his members and had the most delightful sleep ever. At Singles photoshoot set, where we kept shouting "Wow~so handsome!"
