화보집 출간기념 사진전 [사색, 4色] 티켓오픈 안내 Tickets for Photo Exhibition

오는 2018년 6월 15일부터 6월 24일까지 총 10일간

정용화 공식 첫 번째 화보집의 출간을 기념한 동명의 사진전 [사색, 4色]을 개최합니다.

티켓 구매 관련하여 아래와 같이 안내 드립니다.

 

[티켓 오픈 일정]

오픈일정 : 5월 28일(월) 6:22 PM ~

전시장소 : 아라아트센터 B1 (서울시 종로구 인사동9길 26)

티켓가격 : 온라인예매 8,000원 / 현장구매 10,000원

 

 

[예매 시 주의사항]

-  본 사진전은 평일 4회 / 주말(금,토,일) 5회로 나뉘어 입장됩니다.

-  각 회차의 관람 가능시간은 1시간 50분 입니다.

-  티켓 예매 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금을 하지 않을 경우 해당 티켓은 자동으로 취소됩니다.

-  예매 티켓은 회 차별 1인 4매까지 구매 가능합니다.

 

 

[현장구매 및 현장수령 안내]

< 현장판매 >

-  각 회 차별 잔여 수량만큼 현장판매가 진행되며, 현장판매는 당일 해당 회 차 입장 1시간 전부터 시작 30분 이후까지 가능합니다.

 < 티켓수령 >

-  티켓현장 수령은 신분증과 예매내역서 확인 후 교환 가능하오니 반드시 지참해주시기 바랍니다.

    예매자와 수령자의 이름이 다를 경우, 예매자의 신분증 또는 관계증명서와 예매내역서를 지참하신 경우에만

    티켓 수령이 가능합니다.

-  각 해당 회 차의 티켓수령은 입장 1시간 전부터 각 회 차별 관람 마감시간 30분전까지 가능합니다.

-  당일, 티켓 환불은 불가합니다.

 

 

[입장 및 전시관람 안내]

-  티켓을 소지하신 분들은 예매 일자에 맞는 각 회 차 시간에만 입장 및 관람이 가능합니다.

-  입장 티켓은 재발급이 불가하며, 티켓 분실 시에는 절대 입장하실 수 없사오니 티켓 관리에 주의를 기울여주시기 바랍니다.

-  티켓 1인 1매 소지 확인 후 차례대로 입장하여 대기가 생길 수 있음을 양해 부탁 드립니다.

-  해당 회 차의 입장은 관람 마감시간 30분 전까지 가능하며 원활한 관람 및 진행을 위해 입/퇴장 시간은 엄수해 주시기 바랍니다. 

-  전시장에서는 핸드폰을 이용한 사진 촬영만 가능합니다. 그 외의 전문가용 카메라,

   동영상을 비롯한 일체의 녹음, 녹취가 금지되어 있습니다.

-  입장 시간 전 여유롭게 도착하시어 입장을 위한 준비를 미리 마쳐주시기 바랍니다.
인근 및 주차장이 혼잡하오니, 가급적 대중교통을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

-  전시회장 내에는 식·음료의 반입이 금지되어 있습니다. 다른 관람객에게 지장을 주는 행동은 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.

[The Consideration, Four Colors] will be held for 10 days from June 15^th 2018 till June 24^th.

 [Photo Exhibition Information]

Exhibition Name: Jung Yong Hwa’s Photo Exhibition [The Consideration, Four Colors]

Exhibition Date: June 15^th (Fri) 2018 ~ June 24^th (Sun)

Exhibition Date: Ara Art Center B1 (26 Insa-dong 9 gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul)

Ticket Price: Online reservation 8,000 KRW / purchase on-site 10,000 KRW

 

 

 [Precautions for Ticket Purchase]

- This photo exhibition’s entrance will be separated into 4 sessions during weekdays / 5 sessions during weekends

   (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

- The watching time for each session is 1.50 hrs.

- If the payment for tickets is not made within the set period, tickets will be automatically canceled.

- The ticket purchase is limited to 4 tickets per person.

 

 

 [Information on Purchasing & Receiving tickets on-site]

< Purchasing on-Site >

-  Purchasing on-site are made for remaining quantity for each session and the purchase will be available 1 hour before entering and 30 minutes after each session.

 

<Receiving tickets on-site>

- In order to receive the ticket on-site, prepare your ID and reservation information. In case the reservation person and receive is different, you can receive the tickets after showing ID of reservation person or any document that can proof the relation and reservation information.

- Receiving tickets for each sessions will be available 1 hour before entering and 30 minutes before each session ends.

- Refunding the ticket on the day is not available.

 

 

 [Information on entering and watching the exhibition]

- For ticket holders, you can only enter and watch at the session that matches the reservation.

- Entry tickets cannot be reissued. Please pay attention to your tickets as you cannot enter if your ticket is lost.

- Please kindly understand that there might be some queue as the entry will be made after checking 1 ticket per person.

- The entering time for each session is available 30 minutes before each session ends and please pay strictly attention to enter/exit time for smooth progress.

- In the exhibition, you can only take pictures using your mobile phone. Other professional cameras, videos and all kinds of recording video/audio are strictly prohibited.

- Please arrive before time and prepare for entering the exhibition. And kindly use public transportation as the parking lots nearby will be very crowded.

- Food and drinks are prohibited in the exhibition hall. Please refrain from disruptive behavior to other visitors.
