윤태식의 스타바디워즈 추천평 Endorsement for his trainer's book :D
윤태식 트레이너와 함께 운동을 시작하고 몸과 함께 마음 자체가 건강해졌습니다. 깨끗한 음식을 먹고 깨끗한 땀을 흘리다보니 제 마음도 깨끗하게 된다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 좋은 사람과 좋은 공기를 들이마시며 즐겁게 운동하는 것을 알게 해준 태식쌤에게 진심으로 감사합니다.

After I started working out with trainer Yoon Taesik, along with my body, my mind itself became healthy. After eating clean food and shedding clean sweat, I felt that my mind was also being cleansed.
