CNBLUE Jung Yonghwa's first Chinese film "Cook Up a Storm" will be released in early 2017.

According to the China Sina entertainment release on the 16th, "CUAS" released the film's still cuts and posters, and officially announced the date of the film's release.

In the film "CUAS", the top Chinese actors such as Ge You, Nicholas Tse, Tang Yan, Du Haitou, and Bai Bing make their appearance, and Jung Yong Hwa joined as the only foreign actor and took the role of An Baoluo, a chef from Michelin restaurant. In the released stills, Jung Yong Hwa draws attention as he shares an intense gaze vis-a-vis the main character, Nic Tse, in the kitchen.

The film will be shown in the coming lunar year 2017. Celebrated between 10 days to two weeks, the Chinese New Year (lunar year) period is considered to be the highest peak season in the Chinese film industry. It is anticipated how Jung Yonghwa will make his mark in the first Chinese screen entry.

The film, "CUAS," which portrays the rivalry between a master chef rising from the streets of Guangzhou and a chef from France's Michelin restaurant, will open on January 28, 2017.
