모든 게 늦었다. 삼수를 해서 대학에 갔고, 군대도 늦게 다녀왔고 취직도 승진도 늦었다. 남들보다 연애도 늦게 시작했다. 제약회사에 입사했고, 대학 때부터 짝사랑하던 오예비 대리와 사귀기 시작했다. 꿈같은 연애생활을 했고, 휴가를 맞춰 그녀가 원하는 프랑스 여행 패키지 상품을 구매했다. 출발 전 크게 싸워 분위기가 좋진 않았지만, 마루는 공항에 나왔다. 분명 그녀도 나올 것이리라. 하지만 그녀는 끝내 공항에 나오지 않았다. 되려 그녀는 휴가를 반납하고 회사에 출근해 마루의 입지를 더 위태롭게 만들었다. 마루는 미친 척 혼자 패키지 여행에 합류한다. 그래, 지금부터 새로운 마음으로 나만의 여행을 즐기는 거야!

Maru was slow at everything. He went to college after three tries, enlisted late in the army, was slow at getting a job and being promoted. He was slow at romance, too. It was only after he got into a pharmaceutical company that he began to date Assistant Manager Oh Yebi, his crush from the college years. They had a dreamy romance and he purchased a travel package to France that she wanted, arranged during the vacation period. Right before they left, they had a big fight. Despite the sour mood, Maru showed up at the airport. Of course she'll show up. But until the very end, she didn't come. Instead, she turned in her vacation and went to work, making Maru's position all the more vulnerable at the company. Maru nonchalantly joins the package trip by himself. "Alright, I'm gonna enjoy the trip by myself with a refreshed mindset"!
