On Nic: He has a very manly, masculine appeal.
I can feel that he really loves cooking, the love and passion was amazing.
Had a taste of his food, it was very delicious.
After it was over, I often thought, "I wanna be a good cook, too."

I did gain some weight during filming. While preparing for the movie, I had tried to gain more weight than usual anyway.
But I'd gained too much, so I kept working out in middle of shooting.

The difficult part? Because it was a food movie, I tried my best to look like a Michelin 3-starred chef. It was mostly about cooking.

I call him "Jungbong hyung" :D (Korean transliteration of Nic's name, 'Ting Feng', with 'hyung')

Often, I'd get scripts on the day of the filming. They explained it to me very well. It felt like we were improvising on the spot, it was a unique, special experience.

They were very nice to me. During the filming, it was very comfortable. Because I was caught up with memorizing the lines, I couldn't do it very much (*learning Chinese?) but I listened a lot and picked up some Cantonese on the set. "Let's go again!" (*this one is in Mandarin though^^;)
