【E】'삼총사' 작가, 정용화에 특별주문 "남미축구처럼 흥겹게 연기하라" Special order by "TTM" writer to JYH: "Act with Vigor like Latin American Soccer"

tvN 새 드라마 ‘삼총사’의 작가가 특별한 주문을 했다. 

‘삼총사’의 관계자는 “(대본 집필을 맡은) 송재정 작가가 정용화와 이진욱을 비롯해 출연 배우들에게 ‘남미 축구처럼 연기하라’고 주문했다”고 밝혔다.

‘삼총사’는 프랑스 알렉상드르 뒤마의 소설 ‘삼총사’를 모티브로 한 조선판 액션 로맨스 활극으로, 주인공도 원작의 달타냥을 연상케 하는 박달향(정용화)의 이야기다. 또한, 조선 인조 시대를 배경으로 소현세자(이진욱)의 삶을 둘러싼 비극적인 역사와 함께 그의 호위 무사이자 삼총사 멤버인 박달향과 허승포(양동근), 안민서(정해인)의 이야기가 적절히 조화를 이루는 퓨전 사극인 만큼 재미있는 소재가 많이 녹아있을 전망이다.

이에 이 관계자는 “‘삼총사’다운 유머와 위트가 담길 예정이어서 송재정 작가가 배우들에게 남미축구가 연상되는 흥이 나는 연기를 주문한 것이다. 라틴의 흥겨운 분위기라고 말해 배우들로 하여금 위트있는 연기를 좀더 잘 표현해내게 했다”고 설명했다.

한편, 오는 8월 17일 첫 방송하는 ‘삼총사’는 12개 에피소드 씩 총 3개의 시즌으로 구성된 시즌제 드라마로, ‘인현왕후의 남자’(2012)와 ‘나인: 아홉번의 시간여행’(2013)으로 연달아 히트작을 내놓은 송재정 작가와 김병수 감독이 함께 하는 세 번째 작품이어서 더욱 기대를 모으고 있다.

An insider of "TTM" revealed, "Writer Song Jaejung (in charge of the script) has ordered Jung Yonghwa, Lee Jinwook and other casts to 'Act like Latin American soccer'."

"TTM" is a Joseon version of action romance swashbuckler surrounding the main character Park Dalhyang(Jung Yonghwa)'s story, resembling that of d'Artargnan from the French novel "TTM" by Alexandre Dumas. It is also a fusion period drama that integrates the tragic history of Crown Prince Sohyeon and his personal guards Park Dalhyang, Heo Seungpo, and An Minseo, expected to be full of interesting episodes.

The insider explained, "As this drama will illustrate TTM-esque humor and wit, Writer Song requested the actors to act in an exciting manner that resembles Latin American soccer. She described it as the 'exhilarating atmosphere of Latin America' to give the actors a better idea when expressing witty actions."

On another note, "TTM" is a 12-episode, 3-season drama that will premiere on Aug. 17th. It is attracting anticipation as the third work in which writer Song Jaejung and PD Kim Byungsu are creating after "QIHM" and "Nine".
