유인영 대작 ‘삼총사’ 출연확정..소현세자 첫사랑
배우 유인영이 100억 대작 '삼총사'에 출연한다.
복수의 방송 관계자는 최근 뉴스엔에 "유인영이 tvN 대작 '삼총사' 출연을 확정했다. 남주인공 소현세자의 첫사랑인 조미령 캐릭터다. 과거 소현세자의 연인이었으나 복수를 결심하고 적으로 돌아선 후 날선 대립각을 세운다"고 말했다.
tvN 새 드라마 '삼총사'는 프랑스의 대문호 알렉상드르 뒤마 원작 '삼총사'를 조선 인조시대를 배경으로 새롭게 각색한 총 3시즌제의 퓨전사극이다. 명청 교체기 중국 혼란기를 두고 조선 정권 내에서도 치열한 정치적 암투가 벌어졌던 시기 조선 최고의 검객들과 첩자들이 국경을 넘나들며 펼치는 호쾌한 액션 로맨스 활극을 그린다.
'삼총사'는 지난 해 초 안방극장에 '나인' 신드롬을 몰고 온 tvN '나인 : 아홉 번의 시간여행' 송재정 작가와 김병수 PD가 다시 의기투합한 작품으로 소현세자 역에 이진욱, 소현세자의 죽마고우이자 호위무사 허승포 역에 양동근이 유력시되는 상황이다. 강원도 무인이자 가난한 집안의 양반 출신으로 한양에 올라와 무과(조선시대 무관을 뽑는 과거)에 도전하는 박달향 역으로 정용화가 거론되고 있으며 또 다른 주인공 안민서 역할은 공개오디션을 통해 뽑는다.
삼총사라는 낭만적 픽션과 역사 속 비운의 주인공 소현세자라는 비극적 정사가 접목된 '삼총사'는 8월 중 방송된다. 7월 초 시즌1 녹화에 들어가며 시즌2 중국 로케이션도 기획하고 있다.
*Yoo Inyoung as Cho Miryung, Crown Prince Sohyeon's first love who becomes his enemy as she vows to avenge him (likely Milady in the original, which I guess means CP Sohyeon is Athos?)
Additional news: Filming will begin in early July (used to say late June). The setting is during the transition period from Ming to Qing Dynasty, when political strife was rampant in Joseon as well. The story will be about the top swordsmen and spies' action and romance as they cross borders.

In every news article that has come out so far about this drama, Yong Hwa's name has been linked to a particular character and yet nothing is confirmed. It's going to be so weird if he does not end up on the drama. I'm still crossing my fingers that he participate in this epic drama and expand his acting credibility.
