【E】정용화, ‘더 패키지’ 주연 캐스팅 유력..이연희와 호흡 Jung Yonghwa, Likely to lead 'The Package' with Lee Yeonhee

씨엔블루 정용화가 드라마 ‘더 패키지’의 주연으로 캐스팅 됐다.

복수의 방송 관계자들은 2일 텐아시아에 “정용화가 ‘더 패키지’ 출연을 확정 짓고 이연희와 연기 호흡을 맞출 예정”이라고 밝혔다.

‘더 패키지’는 ‘추노’·’7급 공무원’ 등을 집필한 천성일 작가의 4년만 작품이다. 프랑스 파리를 배경으로 현지 가이드와 관광객 8명이 여행을 하며 펼치는 좌충우돌 이야기를 담는다. 지난해 ‘화정’에서 정명공주를 연기한 이연희의 드라마 복귀작으로 알려져 기대를 모으고 있다.

한편 ‘더 패키지’는 JYP엔터테인먼트가 지난 2013년 설립한 제작사인 JYP픽쳐스의 첫 사전 제작 드라마로, 현재 JTBC 편성 논의 중이며 2017년 상반기 방송 예정이다.

Multiple industry insiders revealed to TenAsia that "Jung Yonghwa has confirmed his appearance in 'The Package' and will partner with Lee Yeonhee." 

The Package is writer Chun Sungil's project in four years. Set in Paris, France, the story is about what happens as the local guide and 8 tourists' travel together. It receives attention as Lee Yeonhee's returning project after "Hwajung (Splendid Politics)".

'The Package' is the first pre-recorded by JYP Pictures. It's under talks for programming in JTBC and will be aired in early 2017.
