“한마디로 얘기하면, 애가 너무 괜찮아. 가장 기억에 남는 인터뷰가, 젊고 좋은 나이니까 하고 싶은게 많지 않느냐 물었는데, 산속에 작업실 하나 만들어놓고 새소리 물소리 들으면서 곡만들고 싶다고 해서 놀랐어요. 진짜 뼛속까지 싱어송라이터라는 느낌이었어요.

질문: 주변에 용화씨에 대해서 안좋게 얘기하는 사람이 한 명도 없는데, 어떻게 그렇게 평판이 좋을 수 있죠?

"보통 다른 연예인들은 일부러 좋은 모습을 보여주기 위해 꾸미는 게 있는데, 그런 게 전혀 없어요. 인터뷰 후에 느낀 건, 이 사람 거짓말은 안 하겠구나였습니다."

용화: 네, 재즈 좋아해요.

“In one word, he’s such a good guy. The most memorable interview was when I asked him what he wants to do, considering how young and the good time (of life) he has right now. He answered, he wants to make a studio in the mountains and write songs listening to birds and flow of water. It really felt like he was a singer-songwriter to his bones.”

Q. I don’t know a single person who bad-mouths you. How do you keep your reputation so good?

"Other celebrities tend to make things up to make themselves look good. But he doesn’t have that at all. After the interview, I thought, he wouldn’t tell lies."
