뭐 이쯤되면 이들에 대해 굳이 아이돌 밴드라 비난할 시기도, 전곡이 자작곡이라는 점에 대해 찬사를 보낼 시기도 지났다고 본다. 온전히 밴드음악이라는 포맷선상에서만 본다면, 이 곡은 분명 말끔하게 정돈된 웰메이드 팝록 트랙이다. 펑키한 기타리프 위로 몽롱하게 겹쳐지는 신스와 비트가 댄서블한 분위기를 유도하며, 곡 전반에 걸쳐 있는 캐치한 선율은 좋은 송라이터로 성장 중인 정용화의 일면을 엿보게 한다. 

다소 평탄한 전개로 인해 첫인상이 약간 밋밋하게 느껴지며, 곡의 특성 상 다른 세 멤버의 연주 지분이 줄어들어 팀으로서의 시너지를 보여주지 못하고 있다는 점은 짚고 넘어가야 할 부분. 그래도 들으면 들을수록 당기는 것이 은근한 중독성을 보장한다. 아직까지는 필연적으로 마주치게 되는 그 편견들을 피하지만 말고 조금씩 맞서 보는 건 어떨까. 음악적으론 얼추 준비가 된 것 같으니 말이다.

Well, by now it's past the time to criticize them as an idol band, nor to praise about the fact that all the tracks are self-composed. Speaking strictly in terms of band music, this song is definitely a neatly arranged, well-made pop rock. On top of the funky guitar riff, the dreamy synth and the beats lead into a danceable atmosphere, and the catchy melody throughout the song lets us peak into Jung Yonghwa's side as he's growing into a good songwriter.

Due to a somewhat flat development, the first impression seems a bit bland. I shall point out that because of the song's nature, the three members' instrumental parts have decreased, which doesn't show the synergy as a team. But the more you listen to it, the more you get attracted, proving subtly addicting. Instead of avoiding those inevitable prejudices, how about confronting them one by one? Musically, you seem quite ready.
