박진영 '정용화, 재능 많아…무대 보며 억울했다' JYP 'JYH has so many talents'

박진영이 SBS '파티피플'에 출연한 정용화를 극찬했다.  

박진영이 데뷔 24년 만에 단독 MC를 맡아 화제를 모으고 있는 SBS 새 뮤직 토크쇼 '파티피플'의 12일 방송에는 최근 두 번째 솔로 앨범을 발표하고 타이틀 곡 '여자여자해'로 사랑받고 있는 정용화가 출연한다. 

이날 등장 무대에서 키보드 연주부터 일렉 기타 연주까지 다재다능한 면모와 함께 화려한 무대 매너까지 선보여 현장을 열광케 한 정용화를 본 박진영은 "정말 재능도 많고 아직 다 보여주지 못한 것이 많은 것 같아서 무대를 보면서 억울했다"고 감탄했다. 그 말을 들은 정용화는 "내가 할 수 있는 것들을 '파티피플'에서 다 보여주겠다"고 말해 관객의 환호를 자아냈다. 

정용화는 장담한대로 이날 뮤지션으로서의 재주를 아낌없이 선사했다. 다양한 악기 연주는 물론 이날 방송에 함께 출연한 블랙핑크의 '휘파람'의 인트로 부분을 휘파람으로 그대로 재연하는 재주를 선보이기도 했다. 마치 CD를 틀어 놓은 듯한 정확한 음정에 놀란 블랙핑크는 정용화의 '휘파람' 반주에 랩을 맞추며 이색 듀엣무대를 만들어내 눈길을 끌었다.

특히 정용화는 ‘파티피플’의 화제의 코너 '뺏고송'에서 블랙핑크의 ‘불장난’을 선보였다. 직접 통기타를 연주하며 전혀 새로운 감성의 반주로 어쿠스틱 버전 ‘불장난’을 탄생시켜 관객들의 환호를 받았다.

After watching Yonghwa perform onstage with keyboard and electric guitar, Park Jinyoung praised YH, "You have so many talents, but there's so much you still haven't shown (to the general public), it made me feel like (you're) wronged." YH responded, "I'll show you everything that I'm capable of on 'Party People.'" 

YH showed his musical talent, no-holds-barred. He played multiple instruments, and even whistled perfectly to BlackPink's "Whistle." He then performed the acoustic version of "Playing with Fire" by BP with his guitar.

    보여줄수 있는거 다하려면 몇달이 걸릴지도ᆢ 그러니 본인과 팬들은 얼마나 억울할까ᆢ

    When I read this I have butterflies in my stomach anticipating the show and looking forward to be surprised by JungYonghwa the multi talented artist. I always thought that there is still depth in him that still to be uncovered. I don't doubt that even after we watched this show Yonghwa can still surprise us some more later on.

    Even though I'm not much of a fan of JYP but I respect him for being one of a handful of artists in Korea that has done it all in his long career, so for him to give such high praises for YH is awesome. Real recognises Real again!!!
