지난 에피소드에 소개해 드렸던 Oasis의 보컬, Liam Gallagher의 밴드인 Beady Eye. 를, 제가 소개해드렸었는데. 이번에도 Beady Eye의 곡을 제가 또 골라봤습니다. 제목만 듣고 바로, 바~로 매료가 되었던 Beatles and Stones라는 곡입니다. 맨체스터 출신답게, 그 지역 출신 다른 밴드들처럼 진한 색깔이 확! 묻어나오는 그런 사운드에, 요즘 다시 유행하는 그런 레트로 사운드도 느껴지는 그런 곡입니다. 안타깝게, 얼마 전에 Beady Eye가 해체를 했습니다. 너무 아쉽지만, 조만간 또 멋진 음악으로 돌아올 것을 믿고, 돌아오길 바라겠습니다.

In one of the past episodes, I introduced you to the band Beady Eye, a band by the vocalist of Oasis, Liam Gallagher. I picked out a song by Beady Eye again this time. It's called "Beatles and Stones," and as soon as saw the title, right away, right~away, I was mesmerized by it. Just as the other bands from that area, you can readily sense that distinctively Manchester sound. It also has retro elements, which has recently become trendy again. Regrettably, Beady Eye disbanded a while ago. It's such a bad news, but I believe and hope that they'll return with great music someday.
