Sorry about the trouble! Is it just this video or have you not been able to watch other ones?
For now, you can DL the video/sub file from the links below and play on VLC (PC) or other players that support srt subs. If u have an android phone, u can dl these in the same folder and select the srt file as your subtitle to play on mobile as well.

일단 두가지를 추가했습니다. 구글드라이브는 하루 뷰 초과하면 잘 안열려서 갈아탔는데 저건 열기 어려운 분들이 계신 듯 해서^^; 둘중 하나 보이는걸로 열어주세요~
I added 2 versions, please open the one that works for you. I switched from Google Drive cuz it can't take more than certain level of traffic, but if only those who can't play the above one, it shouldn't be a prob. -
저 때도 참 불안하게 스케줄 한다고 생각했었는데 결과적으로 현재시점에선 감사할 뿐이네요^^
