In late 2009, he was coincidentally cast as Kang Shinwoo in 'You're Beautiful' and immediately rose to fame. On Jan. 14, 2010, he officially debuted with CNBLUE's 1st mini album. In 2011, he played the role of Lee Shin in 'Heartstrings', which fit him perfectly and allowed him exhibit his musical talent to the full extent.
