There isn't much "new" information per se. I'll add the new parts as comments here:
"The solo activity was a big homework for me. Thanks to the fact that I was able to make music freely by myself, I feel like my inner self has become relaxed. Refreshed this way, I think I'll be much at ease when I'm write CNBLUE's songs."

“솔로활동은 저에게 있어 큰 숙제였는데, 혼자서 자유롭게 음악을 만들 수 있었던 덕분에 제 내면이 풀어진 것 같은 기분이 듭니다. 새삼 씨엔블루의 곡을 쓸 때, 더욱 편안하게 곡을 쓸 수 있지 않을까 하는 느낌이예요."
