According to @CNBLUELOGY, this is a joke that became popular in China yesterday.
On Wechat, the Chinese chatting app, there's a function that cancels your message. But there's a bug on unicode and you can manipulate how the message shows up. Where it should only say "Jung Yonghwa canceled his message," it says "Jung Yonghwa canceled the message and sings a song for you."
