가수 겸 배우 정용화가 국내 연예인 최초로 중국 시트콤에 특별 출연한다.

정용화는 중국 시트콤 ‘초사남사(Diors Man)’ 시즌 4에 중국 인기 방송인 대붕의 친구로 깜짝 출연한다. ‘초사남사’ 측은 “정용화는 중국 문화를 매우 잘 이해하고 있는 대표적인 한류 아티스트다. 그러한 정용화의 노력과 뜨거운 중국 팬들의 요청에 힘입어 출연을 제안하게 됐다”며 섭외 이유를 밝혔다.

‘초사남사’ 측의 적극적인 요청에 정용화는 출연을 흔쾌히 승낙했다. 최근 중국 베이징의 한 클럽에서 촬영을 마친 그는 댄디한 외모뿐 아니라 망가짐을 두려워하지 않는 프로다운 모습으로 현장에서 극찬을 받았다는 후문이다. 

‘초사남사’는 중국 인터넷 코믹 시트콤으로 매 회 독립된 에피소드로 구성돼 있으며 탕웨이, 판빙빙과 독일 배우 마르티나 힐 등 전 세계 유명 스타들의 특별출연으로 화제를 모아왔다. 특히 시즌 3에 해당하는 8회 분량의 에피소드는 총 10억 히트수를 상회하는 등 현지에서 뜨거운 인기를 누리고 있다. 시즌 4는 내달 중순에 시작하며, 정용화의 출연 일정은 추후 결정될 예정이다. 

정용화는 최근 열린 제15회 음악풍운방 시상식에서 해외 연예 관계자들이 선정하는 ‘해외 가수상’을 솔로로 수상한 데 이어 씨엔블루를 대표해 ‘해외 인기그룹상’까지 수상하는 등 2관왕의 영예를 안으며 중화권 내 폭발적인 인기를 입증했다.

Singer and actor Jung Yonghwa will make a special appearance in a Chinese sitcom, the first among Korean celebrities.

Jung Yonghwa will appear as a popular Chinese celebrity’s friend in the Chinese sitcom “Diors Man.”  “Diors Man” production stated, “Jung Yonghwa is a representative hallyu artist who has a very good understanding of Chinese culture. We offered him the role for his efforts and the hot demands by Chinese fans.”

At the proactive request by “Diors Man,” Jung Yonghwa accepted the offer right away. He recently finished filming at a hotel in Beijing, where he not only showed his dandy self but didn’t mind appearing disheveled like a professional, winning high praises on the set.

“Diors Man” is a web sitcom in China, formed of each independent episode. It has gained buzz with appearances by international stars such as Tang Wei, Fan Bingbing, and Martina Hill. For instance, the eight episodes of season 3 have totaled 1 billion views, enjoying great popularity locally. The 4th season begins mid next month; Jung Yonghwa’s date of appearance is yet to be determined.

Recently, Jung Yonghwa has proven his explosive popularity in China by winning two awards at the 15th Yinyue Fengyunbang awards: “Overseas Singer” as a solo artist, chosen by industry associate, and “Overseas Popular Artist” as the representative of CNBLUE.
