JTBC 드라마 ‘더 패키지’ 이연희, 정용화의 프랑스 여행 로케이션 스틸컷이 최초 공개됐다.

여행을 통해 한 팀이 된 가이드와 여행자들의 이야기를 다룰 JTBC 상반기 기대작 ‘더 패키지’는 각기 다른 이유로 패키지여행을 선택한 사람들이 서로 관여하고 싶지 않아도 관계를 맺게 되면서 벌어지는 사건과 소통의 여정을 그려나갈 12부작 여행드라마다.

이에 지난 9월 초, 이연희, 정용화, 최우식, 윤박, 류승수, 하시은, 정규수, 이지현, 박유나는 극의 주요 배경인 프랑스로 출국했고 드디어 오늘(25일), 베일에 싸여있던 현지 로케이션 촬영 스틸컷이 공개됐다. 보기만 해도 여행 로맨스를 꿈꾸게 되는 이연희, 정용화의 커플 사진이다.

프랑스 여행 가이드 윤소소와 홀로 여행을 온 산마루 역으로 분한 이연희와 정용화. 사진 속 두 사람은 한번쯤 꿈꿔봤을 낯선 만남과 로맨틱한 여행을 그대로 시각화한듯, 자전거와 함께 아름다운 프랑스 거리를 나란히 걷고 있는 모습만으로도 설렘을 더한다.

제작진은 “한 달 넘게 프랑스 현지에서 촬영하다 보니 진짜 단체여행을 온 것처럼, 배우들 모두 서로에게 더 의지하고, 더 가까워진 것 같다. 마치 드라마에서 전개되는 이야기처럼 서로 소통하며 찰떡 호흡을 보여주고 있다”는 현장 분위기를 전하며 “여행 로맨스에 설레고, 여행자들의 이야기에 따스해질 ‘더 패키지’의 여행기에 많은 관심 부탁드린다”고 전했다.

‘더 패키지’는 드라마 ‘추노’, ‘7급 공무원’ 영화 ‘해적’ 등 히트작 메이커 천성일 작가의 드라마 복귀작으로 방송가 안팎의 주목을 받고 있는 작품이다. 드라마 ‘직장의 신’, ‘가족끼리 왜 이래’의 전창근 PD와 ‘참 좋은 시절’, ‘세상 어디에도 없는 착한 남자’의 김진원 PD가 여행의 감성을 따뜻하고 아름답게 불어넣는다. 사전 제작으로 내년 상반기 한중 동시방영될 예정이다.

LYH plays Yoon Soso, a tour guide in France, and JYH plays San Maru, who went on a trip by himself. The two visualize the unfamiliar yet romantic encounter in the midst of travel that everyone dreams of; simply walking side by side with bicycles is enough to flultter one's heart.

The production remarks, "Filming for more than a month in France, it is as if we are actually on a package travel together. The actors rely more on each other, and have become much closer together. 'The Package' is a returning show by hitmaker Chun Sungil, who wrote 'Chuno' and '7th Grade Civil Servant', receiving much attention in and outside the drama industry. Along with Chun, directors Jun Changgeun (Queen of the Office, What Happens to my Family) and Kim Jinwon (Wonderful Days, The Innocent Man) imbue warm and beautiful sentiments of traveling. The drama is pre-produced (completed before airing) and will be broadcast next year simultaneously in Korea and China.
